The Catalysts division of BASF had two key requirements for a new website: compliance with global branding and the technical capabilities to create English, German, and Chinese versions of the site. The CMS would have to be easy for their team to update and serve up the best possible user experience.
Solution
Motum B2B developed a multi-language website based on BASF’s global branding. The CMS allows their marketing team to easily update, upload, and self-manage content with confidence, knowing they can do it all in compliance with brand standards without having to be programmers themselves.
Next, we developed a series of online interactives for customers to experience products and relevant information in a quick, visually engaging way. An online competitive analysis armed the team with information about the best digital tools to keep them ahead of the competition.
One of these was a chatbot, a conversational marketing tool that provides a 24/7 online connection between site visitors and regional reps. Since it was placed on the site, the chatbot has drastically increased customer engagement and speed-to-lead.
