To get ahead in the digital space and better position themselves as partners, BASF Pharma programmed three new Portal Tools. Motum B2B came in to create a polished UX/UI that merged three specific Pharma websites and apps into a single user-friendly framework for a unified customer experience.
Solution
First we created wireframes to sketch out an initial interface based on the client’s requirements. Once those were approved by BASF, the Motum B2B team worked collaboratively with their global teams to create a clickable prototype of the end-to-end app experience.
We created a marketing microsite with explainer animations for each tool. The client can use these for global tradeshows, as a destination to drive traffic from social media and other campaigns, and as a way to evaluate and validate interested users via Salesforce for higher conversions.
The end result was an integrated, cohesive UX and UI experience for three separate tools — one aligned with high-level BASF branding and best-practice interface components.
